Customer service is amazing, on our first order we had a mild issue with the product. As soon as it was brought to the attention of Primal Sisters it was addressed immediately. I run my own business and from my perspective as a business owner they could have not have handled it any better. My most recent order arrived sooner than estimated and the product is amazing. We will re order and continue to share with our family friends about Primal Sisters.

Pork crisps fantastic! But beware of Pork Crackling! I broke a tooth on them, they are inedible. I wrote to them and got no response back. I’m not impressed with customer service.
