Cracklings

I bought Louis Pasture Cracklings out of greed and sentiment. Greed. I plan to try all the Primal Sisters’ pork crisps. Sentiment. I wanted to evoke the memory of eating roast pork sandwiches, with crackling, right out of the wrapper, on a bench in New St., Birmingham, England. I thought nothing would rival the taste of Cheddar Pork Crisps, my first and favourite Louis Pasture product. But Cracklings, which are almost unyieldingly brittle, I think must surpass any other crisp.

Tasty, crisp with great flavour and color. What more could you want. It is hard to stop snacking.

These are the best cracklings i have found. Growing up in Denmark we always made crackling when we had pork roast. This one taste just like home and they are available where i live!😀
